2.Our factory strictly abides by SA8000:2008 Social Responsibility Standard and relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, and promises to all employees:
1.Applicable laws and regulations of all applicable countries, minimum industry requirements, International ILO and UN conventions, as well as other more demanding mandatory provisions, are strictly observed by companies.
2.Freedom of association and right to collective bargaining. The company respects the right of all employees to form and participate in unions and collective bargaining freely, subject to local laws and regulations.
3.Discrimination in matters involving employment, remuneration, training opportunities, promotion, dismissal or retirement, companies shall not engage in or support discrimination based on race, social class, nationality, religion, physical disability, gender, sexual orientation, trade union membership, political affiliation or age.
4.Wage compensation companies should ensure that the wages paid within a standard working month meet the legal or industry minimum wage standards and meet the basic needs of employees, as well as provide some discretionary income, and should ensure that wages are not deducted for any disciplinary purposes.
5.Working hours companies should abide by local laws and industry standards concerning working hours to ensure that each employee has at least one day off after six consecutive days of work and that all overtime work must be voluntary.
6.Workplace hygiene and safety companies ensure that safe and hygienic work and living places are provided and that all employees receive health and safety training.
7.Companies that do not employ child workers shall not employ children who are not up to the local regulations or who have not completed the compulsory education of the State.
8.Companies prohibiting forced labour and disciplinary measures shall not force employees to work, nor shall they require employees to pay "deposits" or deposit identity documents when they are employed. The company shall not engage in or support corporal punishment, mental or physical coercion or verbal insult.
9.Environmental safety companies abide by all national and local environmental laws and regulations, strengthen environmental protection and reduce environmental impacts.
10. The management system company establishes a sound management system to ensure the full implementation of the Code of Conduct for Social Responsibility. All business activities are carried out in the form of anti-bribery/anti-corruption, and regularly reviews the compliance of the Code of Conduct and publishes it to all employees so as to better meet and exceed the requirements of the Code of Conduct for Social Responsibility.
